35 Ton Hydraulic Hole Punches

A simple and powerful tool for punching holes through metal.

This hydraulic hole punch delivers a force of up to 35 tons, making it ideal for punching holes into steel and other metals efficiently. This hydraulic punch is significantly faster than drilling and can penetrate mild steel up to 0.5″ in thickness. Various punch & die sets available separately for standard round holes, squares, and oblong shapes. These hole punches are compatible with hand pumps or for a more effortless approach try out our air over hydraulic foot pumps.

  • Max Hole Size – 13/16″
  • Max operating pressure – 10,000 psi
  • Shear strength of steel must be < or equal to A-7 (St.37)
  • Higher shear strength material can be punched if using smaller dimension punches or thinner material
  • CAUTION! Material thickness should not exceed hole diameter
