50 Ton Hydraulic Hole Punches

A simple and powerful tool for punching holes through metal.

The 50 Ton hydraulic hole punch is our larger option that delivers a force of up to 50 tons, making it ideal for punching up to 1-1/8″ holes into steel and other metals efficiently. The hole punch features a double-acting hydraulic cylinder for faster cycle times making it significantly faster than drilling. This hole punch can penetrate mild steel up to 0.5″ in thickness. Various punch & die sets available separately for standard round holes, squares, and oblong shapes. The 50 Ton hydraulic hole punches utilizes an air over hydraulic foot pump for even more effortless approach to punching holes.

  • Max Hole Size – 1-1/8″
  • Max operating pressure – 10,000 psi
  • Shear strength of steel must be < or equal to A-7 (St.37)
  • Higher shear strength material can be punched if using smaller dimension punches or thinner material
  • CAUTION! Material thickness should not exceed hole diameter
