Founder and CEO
An esteemed graduate of Louisiana State University, Chris began his journey in the rental industry in 1999. Beginning his career in inside sales, he then transitioned to outside sales, and by 2003, he ventured into entrepreneurship by founding his inaugural company. In 2016, Chris and his family made the pivotal choice to depart from his prior enterprise and establish Integrity Rentals.
Chris attributes his business achievements to upholding a family-first ethos within his team and maintaining unwavering honesty and transparency with his clients throughout the years.
JOSH DWORACZYK
Vice President / Business Development
As an esteemed alumnus of Louisiana State University, Josh stands as a unique figure in LSU Football history, holding the distinction of being the sole player to depart with both a National Championship (2007) and the attainment of two degrees (2011 & 2012).
With over a decade of sales experience in the rental industry, Josh embarked on his journey from inside sales before advancing to outside sales in 2016. A founding member of Integrity Rentals his drive stems from a genuine passion for fostering relationships and providing exceptional service to clients. In 2024, he ascended to the role of partner at Integrity Rentals, where he currently channels his energies into marketing and business development initiatives.
LACY PRIOUX
Bolting Specialist
As a distinguished alumnus of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, Lacy brings forth 16 years of invaluable experience in the controlled bolting service industry. Overseeing a team of 20 technical bolting technicians, he cultivated a group of seasoned professionals with extensive expertise spanning various sectors of the industry across the Gulf of Mexico region.
His team’s endeavors encompassed a wide spectrum, including deepwater and shelf operations, onshore pipelines and refineries across North America, fabrication yards along the Gulf Coast, and ventures overseas. Lacy’s dedication to training is evident, complemented by his profound understanding of the fundamentals and applications of industrial bolting techniques.
